Updated Domestic Care Rates Now Live on Lawcalc
The Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) has released the Average Weekly Earnings (AWE) data for November 2009, a key benchmark used in calculating domestic care claims and determining probable earnings thresholds under the Civil Liability Act in New South Wales and Victoria.
