The Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) has released its Average Weekly Earnings (AWE) data for August 2010, which is a key input in determining damages in domestic care claims across New South Wales and Victoria. These figures also play an important role in assessing probable earnings thresholds under the Civil Liability Act.
