Whilst you may control your main company website (ie www.your company.com.au), there exists throughout the internet many other sites for your business. These include Google Places pages and truelocal.com.au pages, which contain information about for your business that you may not know exists. The information was initially seeded from information from the Yellow Pages and may or not be correct.
In TrueLocal and Google Places users have the opportunity to place reviews about your business and you have the opportunity to customise the page by adding additional information, videos and photos.
