Junior Forensic Accountant - BBus (Accounting & Criminology), GradDipCA
Robyn joined Dolman Bateman in July 2025 as a Junior Forensic Accountant, bringing six years of tax accounting experience and a passion for uncovering detail and ensuring financial accuracy. With a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting and minoring in Criminology and Criminal Justice, she brings an analytical and investigative mindset that aligns naturally with the specialised field of forensic accounting. Robyn is currently completing her Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting and will go on to become a CA Forensic Accounting Specialist.
Her career began in tax accounting, where she built six years of experience across different states, firm sizes, and industries. This provided valuable exposure to complex financial structures and the ability to navigate detail-heavy client work. While her tax expertise is an asset, her true focus lies in developing deep forensic capability and applying her criminology knowledge to complex financial investigations.
Robyn is recognised for her problem-solving skills and her ability to assess issues from multiple angles. She is committed to refining her technical expertise and contributing to the growth of Dolman Bateman’s forensic practice, with an eye to mentoring and supporting junior colleagues in the future.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find Robyn exploring a new café or restaurant, planning her next trip or trying to crack the code in an escape room. She also loves reading, cooking new TikTok recipes and spending time with her family.
